Pediatrician Opportunity - Mission-Minded Practice & Loan Repayment Eligible
* Located in Niles, MI - Chicago 100m
* Full-Time, permanent position | Outpatient Pediatrics
Position Highlights
* Full-time outpatient pediatric position
* Established patient base with excellent growth potential
* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (shared rotation)
* Patient volume expected to reach 20–40 patients/day once established
* Employed position with 2-year guaranteed salary

Essential Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting
* Evaluate, treat, and educate patients and families
* Supervise and collaborate with physician assistants and nurse practitioners
* Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives
* Advocate for patients and families within the care team
Ideal Candidate
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
* Committed to relationship-based, compassionate care
* Interest in Christian medical missions or faith-based practice is welcome
* Eager to grow a thriving pediatric practice in a community-focused environment
