--Start: ASAP for initial 3 month assignment
--Schedule: 3 days a week in clinic (mainly in IL but possibility for coverage needed in WI)
--Call 4 days/month
--Must have IL and WI license
--Acute visits, wellness visits, and follow ups
--8am-11:40am, 1pm-4:40pm
--BLS, NRP, and PALS required
