Job description Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity - Outpatient Behavioral Health Location: Eugene, Oregon Setting: Outpatient Clinic Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position Position Highlights: * Join a multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health team in a community-focused medical group * Work in a system participating in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration project * Involvement in cutting-edge care models, including integrated medical homes and coordinated team-based care * Opportunities for telepsychiatry, clinical research (including National Institute of Mental Health studies), and early psychosis intervention * Practice in a mission-driven organization with nationally recognized innovation in behavioral health Compensation & Benefits: * First-year guaranteed salary: $336,585 * Employment bonus * Relocation assistance * Education loan reimbursement (if applicable) * CME allowance * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness benefits * Retirement plan with employer contributions Responsibilities: * Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent populations * Collaborate closely with integrated behavioral health, primary care, and community-based providers * Participate in team-based care delivery with an emphasis on recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches * Maintain documentation in EPIC EMR * Engage in continuous quality improvement and continuing education Qualifications: * MD or DO from an accredited medical school * Completion of residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry * Board certified or board eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry * Active Oregon medical license (or eligibility) * DEA certification * Current BLS/CPR certification * Experience with or interest in working within integrated care models and with underserved populations Community: * Located in the scenic Willamette Valley, surrounded by rivers, forests, and wine country * Eugene offers vibrant arts, culture, and college-town energy as home to the University of Oregon * Outdoor recreation, bike trails, and year-round moderate climate * One hour to the Pacific Coast, 90 minutes to Portland
