Pediatrician (New grads are accepted) - South Bend, IN

A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving underserved communities in Southern Indiana. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate provider committed to improving children's health and well-being in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Practice Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient practice

  • Join a supportive team including two physicians and two nurse practitioners

  • Manage approximately 18-20 patients per day

  • Team-based, collaborative care model

  • Integrated Behavioral Health services onsite

  • Flexible full-time schedule with optional four-day work week

  • No evenings or weekend requirements

  • Closed on major holidays

  • 35 patient-facing hours per week

  • Use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Saturday (1st & 3rd): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing care in medically underserved settings

  • Preference for experience in FQHC, CHC, or PCMH models of care
