Pediatrician Opportunity Outpatient Community Health Center
Location: South Bend, IN
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered), permanent position
Position Highlights:
* 100% outpatient pediatric practice
* Join a supportive, mission-driven team with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
* 18 20 patients per day (full-time)
* Flexible schedule with 35 patient hours/week
* Optional 4-day work week
* No evenings or weekends (only 1st & 3rd Saturday mornings)
* Closed on major holidays with generous PTO
* Focus on underserved communities in Northern Indiana

Compensation & Benefits:
* Guaranteed salary of \$236,000 \$241,000
* $100,000 loan repayment
* $5,000 CME allowance + 40 hours CME time
* $5,000 relocation reimbursement
* Retention bonus
* Minimum 2.5% annual salary increase

* MD or DO from an accredited institution
