Pediatrician Opportunity | High-Demand, Full-Time Practice | Southwest Wyoming

Join a pediatric practice in scenic Southwest Wyoming, where a hospital-employed clinic is

seeking a Pediatric physician. With strong support, minimal competition, and growing demand,

Practice Setting

● Step into a well-established, high-volume pediatric clinic serving a large and loyal patient

base

● Supported by three experienced nurse practitioners and an office team

● Housed in a modern facility with updated pediatric-specific equipment and exam space

● Located within a critical access hospital system focused on patient-centered care

Schedule

● Full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule

● Flexible options to customize hours in coordination with the Clinic Director

● Call responsibilities up to 10 days per month, including:

○ Rounding on pediatric and newborn inpatients

○ Performing circumcisions

○ Attending C-sections and deliveries upon OB request

● Strong backup support from hospitalists and emergency medicine teams

Compensation & Benefits

● Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 through hospital employment

○ Generous $25,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation support

○ Up to $90,000 in student loan repayment

malpractice insurance with full tail coverage
