CCCHC is actively seeking a full-time passionate Pediatric specialist to work in an outpatient clinic to serve the ever-growing need for surroundings counties.
The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Pediatrician, must be licensed in CA or eligible, who is excited to provide compassionate care to patients in a primarily outpatient-based clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a practice that is established. New grads are welcome.
- Wage Scale: $265,000 - $300,000/year.

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after the initial guarantee period.

Job Responsibilities
Pediatrician Responsibilities
Examines patients, formulates diagnostic plans, defines and orders required diagnostic testing.
Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans.
Provides care in age-appropriate manner.
Reviews and develops patient educational material.
Upholds the program for quality assurance within the clinic.
Refers patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
Diagnoses, treats and helps prevent children’s’ diseases and injuries.
Maintains accurate and comprehensive medical records.
Maintains licensure standard by attending education seminars
Prepares and reviews medical histories and obtains data through interviews.

Pediatric and clinical: 1 years

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
NextGen Knowledge Preferred
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Licenses and Education:
California Medical License (Required)
DEA license (Required)
Doctor of Medicine or a Doctor of Pediatrics degree from an approved school of medicine or pediatrics. (Required)
Completion of a residency in family practice acceptable to the State of California for licensure or board certification by the American Board of Family Practice, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Board of Medical Specialties, American Board of Physician Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association Bureau of Osteopathic Specialties is mandatory.
