Our client is seeking to hire a Pediatrician to join their outpatient practice in Hartford, CT. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to a diverse pediatric population in a supportive and collaborative environment
***Open to part time/1099 candidates as well***
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. (pay range is $120-$175/hr)

Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Connecticut
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Working Hours
On-Call: Weekends on-call as needed
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Empathy and patience when working with children and families
Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
Organizational skills to manage time, documentation, and follow-ups
