- Hospital-employed practice seeks a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a collaborative, growing team
- Competitive base salary with productivity incentives – to be discussed with client
- Call schedule: Weekend call rotation of 1:4, with up to 8 inpatient call shifts per month
- Join an established team including two Pediatricians and one Pediatric Hospitalist, APP support provided
- Primarily outpatient-focused role with some inpatient responsibilities
- Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, with one half-day off per week
- Practice and clinic located on the hospital campus
- Population served: Approx. 233,000 across 12 counties in North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri
