A physician-led academic health system, is actively seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Division Head of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This is a premier leadership opportunity within a growing 9-hospital system anchored by a 974-bed academic medical center.
Position Overview:
50% administrative / 50% clinical role
Lead strategic initiatives including the development of a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship and robust inpatient service
Oversee a newly constructed 144-bed behavioral health facility (opening Fall 2025), with 24 beds dedicated to pediatric psychiatry
Collaborate with Brody School of Medicine leadership to expand academic and research excellence
Candidate Requirements:
Board certified in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience
Proven leadership and administrative expertise
Eligible for academic appointment at the Associate Professor level or higher
Clinical research background preferred
Experience in academic healthcare settings strongly desired
