Pediatrician Opportunity Private Practice in Alabama - No Call, Flexible Schedule

Practice Setting:
- Join a team of 2 full-time APPs with no administrative duties
- Modern office with 9 exam rooms, procedure room, and an in-house lab
- Strong, tenured team with great work-life balance
Schedule:
- 4 ½ days - off by noon on Fridays
- No call, nights, or weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary for the first year, with potential to earn up to $320,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- 4 weeks PTO, 6 holidays, and comprehensive malpractice coverage with tail insurance
- 401(k) with a 3% match and $10,000 relocation assistance
- Benefit from loan repayment of $25,000 per year for up to 10 years
