Pediatric Radiologist - Washington, DC
• Children's National Hospital is searching for pediatric radiology faculty interested in working in our top 5 USNWR facility, offering multiple innovative clinical, research and educational opportunities.
• Located in beautiful Washington DC, the hospital has 325 beds, plus two satellites that provide services for 45 specialties.
• Those interested in growing their MSK, oncology, fetal, urology, gastroenterology expertise are particularly welcomed. Interest in outreach and policy initiatives are supported. An interventional radiology position is open as well.
• State of the art MRI facilities include a four 3T magnets, two 1.5T magnets with HIFU/LIFU, a 1.5T intraoperative magnet with HIFU, and a 1.5T IR MR suite. PET/CT, SPECT, CEUS, and fetal programs are well established.
• Dedicated research facilities include a Quantitative MR research lab and a Bioengineering laboratory with expertise in post processing, image fusion, navigation, simulation, and robotics.
• We have an vibrant educational program with 4 pediatric radiology fellowship positions as year and radiology residents rotating from George Washington University Medical Center (GWU), Georgetown University, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Master Teacher, MPH, MBA courses at GWU are supported if interested.
• Applicants must be American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified or eligible in diagnostic radiology. Positions have academic appointments with GWU. Generous benefit package includes family tuition benefits to GWU and associated colleges
