Shift Details: 4x10 (preferred) or 5x8
• Schedule: 4x10 (preferred) or 5x8 (Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:15 pm)
-No call, no rounding, no attending deliveries. No after-hours, no weekends
Work Details:
· Support staff: Clinical staff includes 15 MAs and RNs
· Amount of coverage needed per month: (1FTE)
· Patients per day: 18-20
· Patient population/age: Pediatric
· Department Description: Outpatient Clinic
· EMR: EPIC OCHIN
· Hospital bed size:
• Special procedures: Typical and common procedures/cases-no special procedures required but if they could do circs, LARC insertion/removal that would be great but not required.
· Skills required:
Practice Setting:
• Clinic
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC preferred but will accept BE
· License required: Washington
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications preferred:
· Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1-2 years (Prefer experienced and could hit the ground running (they will have an orientation day, and onboarding)
