Pediatrics Physician Opportunity
Location: Stevens Point, WI
Position Overview:
Specialty: Pediatrics
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Schedule: Ongoing
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient Clinic (Monday–Friday Scheduled Clinic Hours)
- Inpatient Hospital Coverage (Variable Monday–Friday + 1–2 weekends per month, minimum 1 weekend)
- Telehealth Services Available
Call Details:
- Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Inpatient Call (Beeper Coverage)
- Beeper Response Time: Within 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Average Call Volumes (Per 24 hours):
- Outpatient: 0–5 calls
- Inpatient Admissions: 0–2
Patient Volume:
- Outpatient Scheduled Visits: ~8 per day
- Inpatient Admissions: 0–3
Systems and Tools:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Assignment Type: Assigned (ACT10 acceptable for inpatient and outpatient mix)
Holiday Schedule:
Physician will have holidays off, including:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
