- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3, and PEDs level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 0-3 patients per shift and 8 beds in the department. Outpatient clinic coverage is needed Monday through Friday, with variable inpatient call coverage also required during the week and 1–2 weekends per month (minimum of one). NPR certification is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 0-3 patients per shift in an 8-bed department
- Cover outpatient clinic Monday through Friday
- Provide variable inpatient call coverage during the week and 1–2 weekends per month (minimum of one)
- Respond to beeper calls as required for inpatient care
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in the appropriate specialty
- Experience in a stroke-certified, trauma level 3, and PEDs level 1 facility preferred
- Active medical license in the state where the facility is located
Working Hours
- Variable inpatient call coverage during the week
- 1–2 weekends of inpatient call coverage per month (minimum of one)
Skills
- Comfortable with variable call schedules and beeper call responsibilities
- Ability to handle low-volume shifts in a trauma and stroke-certified setting
- Strong communication skills for coordinating care with other departments and staff
