Pediatrician - Framingham, MA (New residency graduates are welcome to apply)
Job Type: Full - Time (On-site)
Shifts: Days 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (4*8)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our team of two other physicians. This full-time position (4 days per week) offers the opportunity to take over an established and robust patient panel with room for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary pediatric care in a supportive and collaborative environment

Work four 8-hour shifts per week (typically 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Participate in shared weekend coverage (1 in 5 weekends, Sat & Sun mornings, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM)

Participate in one night per week of phone-only call coverage

Attend APP meetings and participate in related opportunities as desired
Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics

New residency graduates are welcome to apply

Spanish language skills are a plus (though not required)
