Join a physician-led, multi-specialty group located on the Wisconsin-Illinois border, offering an outstanding Pediatrics opportunity in a vibrant, family-friendly community. With easy access to Chicago (90 miles), Milwaukee (70 miles), Madison (43 miles), and Rockford (20 miles), this location provides a perfect blend of small-town charm and big-city convenience.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Traditional Pediatric Practice – Mix of outpatient & inpatient care
- Supportive Call Schedule – 1:4 to 1:5 rotation
- Level II Nursery – Manage low-acuity inpatient cases (fluids & antibiotics)
- Average 16-22 clinic patients per day
- Low inpatient census – Transfers sent to Milwaukee, Madison, or Rockford
