Outpatient Pediatric Opening in Lake Charles, LA (Permanent) Position Overview: Join a well-established, outpatient pediatric practice in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This full-time, employed position is part of a group that has been serving the community for over 60 years. With four office locations, each equipped with on-site labs, x-ray facilities, and pharmacies, you'll have the resources needed to provide comprehensive care to your patients. Practice Highlights: Join a collaborative team of 13 Physicians and 3 Midlevel providers, each supported by dedicated nursing staff. On-site labs managed by degreed Medical Techs for efficient testing. Access to contracted Lactation Consultant and Nutritionist to enhance patient care. Bi-monthly visits from an Allergist for additional patient support. Financial Package: Salary guaranteed for the first 3 years with additional earnings through collections-based bonuses. Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided. 15 days of PTO and 4 days dedicated to CME activities. Partnership track available with potential earnings in the 90th Percentile of MGMA benchmarks.
