Located in Humboldt, Tennessee, this Rural Health Clinic offers small-town charm just minutes from Jackson and a short drive to Memphis and Nashville. This small group practice, led by two Pediatricians, has been providing high-quality medical care to its rural community for over 10 years and is an NCQA Recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home focused on community outreach and family advocacy. Position Highlights
- 4 patient care days per week
- Regular nursery call at the hospital
- Pediatric hospitalists handle other calls
- Nurse triage service for after-hours calls
