100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $315,000 Base Salary – 2 hours East from San Diego, CA

  • Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with loan repayment available
  • Pediatric residency training required. BC/BE required – American Board of Pediatrics.
  • Permanent position only – no locums.
  • Located 2 hours drive East from San Diego, CA. 3 hours and 20 minutes driving from Los Angeles, CA.
  • Local airport in the area with several daily flights to LAX.
  • Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future.
  • 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day.

  • Base salary is guaranteed with no production measures.
  • Monday – Friday work schedule. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (40 hours per week)
  • Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.
  • Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
  • Housing stipend and retention bonus negotiable.
  • Visa sponsorship is possible for candidates who can start in 2025 (J-1 through the HHS and H1B is cap-exempt)

  • Group is considering 2025 resident graduates now.
  • CA medical license and DEA required.
