A mission-driven, well-established FQHC along the California coast is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join its compassionate, collaborative team. Position Highlights:
•Team-Based, Low-Volume Practice: Join 7 experienced providers in a supportive, collaborative environment
• 100% Outpatient Care: No call, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities
• Up to $300K in Loan Forgiveness - PSLF, NHSC, SLRP & More
• Highly Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits
•Language Bonus: Additional pay for Spanish fluency
•New Grads & Visa Candidates Encouraged: J-1 and H-1B friendly
