Our client is seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician to join a traditional pediatric practice. They are a progressive acute care community-based hospital in North West Illinois with an employed physician model. They currently employ over 68 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. Their hospital and 16 clinics, provide primary and specialty care to a service area of nearly 70,000. $258,000-$322,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential. Hospital Employee, Traditional. Assigned Call with 1:3 Call Ratio. Competitive Income Guarantee. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME up to 1 week and $4,000 available.
