Full-time Pediatrician needed for locums coverage from May-August in Vermont.
-Outpatient Pediatrics, newborn nursery, delivery support.
-Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and Saturday mornings.-Patient Load: 16-18 per day
-Clinic is well supported with RN's, LPN's and MA's.
-APPs support provider but do not require supervision.
-EMR: EPIC
-Overnight call of approx. 2 nights per week, with delivery attendance.
-Less than 300 deliveries per year.
-Occasional parent phone calls with RN telephone triage. Occasional ED consults, mainly by phone.
-For on call nights: Average number of phone calls per shift is maybe 1 or 2. A little more if it's a holiday weekend, but pretty minimal. Sometimes pager doesn't go off at all.
Requires Board Certification in Pediatrics, inpatient/delivery experience, VT License, NRP certification.
