Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and provide treatment to clients of the clinic.
  • Keep scheduled hours for, work hours to remain flexible according to the needs of clinic expansion.
  • Meet or exceed productivity requirements as set forth by the Medical Director of Pediatrics.
  • Follow clinical diagnostic and evidence based treatment protocols for pediatric treatment.
  • Remain available by phone during regularly schedule hours should assistance be required.
  • Assist in the review and development of patient education material and practice guidelines
  • Provide supervision of health care students assigned to the clinic for educational purposes.
  • Develop and maintain a program for clinical quality assurance.
  • Supervision of non-physician providers, including Licensed Therapists, Certified Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Physicians Assistants with respect to pediatric treatment.
  • Attend staff meetings and committees as directed and punctually.
  • Participates in the Performance Improvement Program
  • Participate in on call rotation for afterhours and weekend coverage for department
  • Other Duties as assigned
