- Specialty: Pediatrician (Outpatient)
- Start Date: ASAP (Can credential in 30 Days)
- Contract length: Needed through the end of 2024
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8A - 5P (with dedicated lunch) Saturday Clinic from 8A - 12P on a rotation of every 5 - 6 weeks (when the Physician works Saturday morning, they will have a short day during the prior work week)
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Mix: 100% Peds
- Requirements: Recent experience in a similar setting, Board Certified in Pediatrics or Truly Board Eligible.
- License: AZ
- Willing to License?: Yes
- Board Certification: Pediatrics
- Other Support Staff: RN, APP
- Procedures: Primary Peds encounters - well checks, sick visits, follow-ups, behavioral health
- Patient Census: 25 - 27 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Case Logs Needed: Case Logs will be requested during credentialing
- References needed: Will need 4 for credentialing
- Pay Rate: $1200/day
- Overtime/Callback Pay Rate: Overtime after 40 hours per week at $225/hour
