• Current Pediatrics providers are excited to welcome a new physician; happy to provide mentorship if desired
• Gorgeous, just-built clinic space w lots of natural light
• Many young families relocating to the area - practice is currently fielding 10+ new patient inquiries daily!
• Nicely varied patient panel - newborns to 18 (no newborn rounding or inpatient work required)
• Highly tenured team of APPs & nurses help support the practice, allowing physicians to work smarter not harder

• Generous ongoing base salary (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer!) plus additional lucrative wRVU bonuses & a quality bonus | Proven income potential of $400K++
