**Requirements**
- Provider Type: Physician
- Minimum Board Certification: Certified, Fellowship Required
- License Requirement: Licensed in PA only
- The Following Certifications Are Required: ACLS, PALS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
**Skills Required**
- Proficient in both acute and chronic ventilation management for newborns and pediatrics, including non-invasive ventilation management and intubation
- Skilled in performing critical procedures such as chest tube insertion, central and arterial line placement, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and more
- Experience in needle pneumothorax decompression, X-ray and EKG interpretation, PA catheter management, exchange transfusion, suturing minor lacerations, circumcision, and swallow studies
**Additional Information**
- The provider will be responsible for inpatient bronchoscopy, outpatient consultations, and call coverage, providing day and night call coverage for one week per month
- There may be ICU consults, but the role is not exclusively ICU focused
- An ACTIVE Pennsylvania license is required due to the immediate need
