* Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join team that consists of 21 primary care physicians and 7 APCs. Support staff include MA, RN, and staffing support._x000D_
* Outpatient_x000D_
* Full Time 1.0 FTE 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) _x000D_
* 100% of the time will be spent within the clinic (no hospital or rounding responsibilities with his role)_x000D_
* On-Call is shared among the call group_x000D_
* Currently split between 21 providers across 4 sites in our call group. This equates to an on-call shift about 2x/month. _x000D_
* Clinic Hours - 7a-6p Monday-Thursday and 7a-5p Friday_x000D_
* Average of 18-22 patients/ day once well established. Currently, all of our physicians in peds run on a 15/30 min template_x000D_
* Patient Panel: 1,500-2,500_x000D_
* 20-bed Pediatric Unit and 22-bed NICU_x000D_
* Physicians enjoy a collegial atmosphere, supportive of both primary care and specialists. _x000D_

* This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. After the 2-year guarantee, the physician goes onto the compensation plan which is based on RVU's, as well as other quality components._x000D_
