**Position Opportunity:**

- Seeking a Pediatric Physician to join our team of four Physicians with a close relationship who are supportive and genuinely value working together

- Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- 20 - 25 patients per day

- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

- Compensation:
- First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two.
- Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc.
- Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
- Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

**What We Are Seeking in a Candidate**
- Board certified or board eligible physician
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
