- Full-time, permanent position_x000D_

Our ideal candidate will help with all aspects of care, including treatments and consultations as part of a physician/advanced practice provider team. The Physician will work in outpatient setting and will practice independently. The Physician will be included in the Newborn/Pediatric Call rotation on the inpatient unit._x000D_

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_x000D_
- Provides clinical care for pediatric patients;_x000D_
- Completes comprehensive patient assessments;_x000D_
- Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness;_x000D_
- Orders and interprets medical diagnostics;_x000D_
- Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy, and medical equipment;_x000D_
- Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care;_x000D_
- Refers for specialty care when determined;_x000D_
- Promotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff;_x000D_
- A patient-first approach, working towards increasing access for community;_x000D_
- Works with administration for program development;_x000D_
- Demonstrates awareness, understanding and respect of cultural diversity and patients of all ages and socioeconomic groups and other duties as assigned._x000D_

Minimum Qualifications:_x000D_
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency training program_x000D_
- Board certification in Pediatrics_x000D_
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice_x000D_
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin_x000D_
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
