Facility/Position Details:
- Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the network's Pediatric services.
- Maintain clinical practice while offering leadership to department practitioners.
- Ensure mission, vision, values, and strategic direction are communicated effectively.
- Serve as primary spokesperson and promoter of the Department of Pediatrics.
- Foster collaboration and communication with clinical divisions to build partnerships.
- Establish annual goals and mechanisms for quality monitoring and improvement.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team approach to patient care.
- Execute market strategies and business plans for regional network development.
- Attend Continuous Improvement/Risk Management and Peer Review meetings.
- Delegate effectively while focusing on academic matters and institutional goals.
