- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-6p, Friday 8a-12p, lunch is required and unpaid
- Job Setting: Standard Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Standard Pediatric Care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification
