This outpatient pediatrics opportunity offers outstanding work/life balance with a flexible 4-day work week, 6+ weeks of PTO, and a supportive clinical team. With excellent staff, strong administrative backing, and a moderate patient volume, you'll enjoy the time and resources needed to provide high-quality, relationship-based care.
Position Highlights:
• Join a friendly, collaborative primary care team with exceptional clinical and administrative support
• Enjoy the autonomy to build your practice your way with a large referral base and flexible scheduling
• Modern outpatient clinic conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
• Flexible shared call with seven providers, plus a 4-day work week for a great lifestyle
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total compensation of $300,000+
• Robust recruitment incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipend
• 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Executive-level benefits package including medical, dental, malpractice coverage, and both 403(b) and 457 retirement plans
