Top 100 Hospital is seeking a Pediatrician to join an expanding and collegial group along the Illinois/Indiana border.
Practice Details:
• Join an established group of 5 other primary care physicians
• Outpatient position with the ability to do some rounding
• Average volume of around 18 patients per day, ensuring time with each patient
• New, state-of-the-art 32,000 square feet health clinic
• 4-day work week with other flexible scheduling options considered
Compensation Details:
• Lucrative salary guarantee of nearly $290K - putting you in the 75th percentile MGMA
• NHSC student loan repayment of $75K and/or $24K per year from the hospital
• $40K Sign-On Bonus plus full benefits package, including relocation assistance, substantial PTO and a residency/fellowship stipend
