Job Description:
Full-time physician opportunity
Shared call
Full lab & radiology services on site
Three clinic rooms & a procedure room
Join a team of two full-time physicians and experienced support team
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Cap Exempt & J-1 Visa applicants accepted

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
