100% Outpatient Pediatric opening in Eastern Kentucky

• Private practice setting with no Pediatric competition in the county.
• Located 1 hour to Knoxville, TN and 90 minutes to Lexington, KY
• Group is looking to hire a full-time Pediatric physician to serve a market in strong need of pediatric services.
• Group is composed of a medical director physician, 4 family NP’s, 1 psych NP, 2 counselors and 1 chiropractor.
• No call requirements or inpatient work. Will be some telephone call as backup. Providers never get called in the evenings though as the patients usually go to the ER and follow up with them in the morning.
• Opportunity to be the only pediatrician in the city as there are none currently.
• Guaranteed Base salary of $225,000 plus production bonuses.
• Group is looking for a provider who sees the earnings potential of being the only pediatrician in this market and growing a busy practice.
• No administrative headaches or duties.
• Paid malpractice and license costs
• EMR is Practice Fusion
• NHSC loan repayment available as this is a medically underserved area.
• Group is able to sponsor J-1 and H1B visa holders and has experience in this area.
• Open to 2024 graduates but opening is available immediately as well.
• Flexible time off with 5 days of CME time. Group does not offer sign on bonus or relocation assistance.
• Board eligibility is not required if physician is experienced in pediatrics.
