Seeking a General Pediatrician to join hospital-employed practice in southwestern Oklahoma.
The Community:
- The ideal candidate will be joining 2 other providers and will be comfortable with a broad range of general pediatric care.
- Comp in the MGMA-median+ range with opportunity to bonus quarterly based on wRVUs.
- 10 days of call monthly with additional call pay if you choose to take more than 10 days.
- Call includes newborn nursery coverage (level 2 nursery), but you need not attend deliveries.
Recruitment Package may include:
- Guaranteed Base salary + wRVU production incentive
- $5K CME allowance/5 days' CME annually
