- License: Any State License Accepted, will help the provider obtain an OK license after they start
- Board Certification: BC or True BE
- Start Date: ASAP Start - Credentialing takes around 30 - 45 Days
- End Date: Must be able to work 26 weeks (1040 hours) as a locum
- Schedule Needed: Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient - can choose 4 x 10 or 5 x 8 clinic schedule. The schedule is Clinic for two weeks, inpatient 3rd week for Mon 7A -Mon 7A, and then off on the fourth week. Must be willing to attend deliveries if needed.
- Other Support Staff: RN, APP, and 4 Additional Pediatricians
- Call Required: Weekend Call every 7th weekend and Overnight Call every 6th night (Do not have to be on campus for the call but must be within 20 min of the facility)
- Type of Facility: Hospital - Mix of clinic and inpatient
- Procedures: Circumcisions, Lumbar Puncture, Must be comfortable attending deliveries when needed (healthy deliveries only), must be comfortable with inpatient nursery coverage
- Patient Census: 12 - 15 patients per day
- EMR: CPRS
- Outpatient Clinic Weeks: $2000/day for 8 hours of work per day
- Inpatient Week: $3000/day
- Monthly: $41,000 to work for three weeks and off the 4th
- Weekend Call Rate (Fri 5P- Mon 7A) $4500/weekend
- Weekend Callback: $250/hr
- Overnight Call: $375/pager fee
- Overnight Callback: $375/hr
