- Hospital Type: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital

- Practice Dynamics: 100% Outpatient Pediatric Care

- Weekly Schedule: 4-Day Work Week ensuring a balance between work and leisure. Enjoy incredible work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.



Role and Responsibilities:

- Patient-Centered Care: Provide a range of services including Sick/Well Visits, Behavioral Health, Medication Management, and Complex Chronic Care to an underserved community. Work hand-in-hand with Family Medicine Physicians, Hospitalists, Specialists, Midwives, OBGYNs and specialized APPs.





Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: Guaranteed Base Salary of $315K annually - Never goes to Production Model
