- Employed practice is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join their team immediately
- Replacing physician of 13 years: assuming existing patients
- Flexible scheduling option and admin time
- $250,000 fixed salary
- Call: 1 week on, 2 weeks off
- APPs cover after hours phone call
- First year $381,000 guaranteed
- $80,000 sign-on bonus
- $17,000 call pay
- $30,000 retention bonus over 3 years
- $30,000 contract renewal
- $24,000 mid-level stipend
- $105,000 triaining stipend eligibility
