- Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, with a starting salary of $208,000 annually, ranging upwards based on experience. -$100,000 starting bonus -Student loan repayment -Productivity and quality bonuses available

- Additional Info: -Practice general primary care procedures in an outpatient setting, with a pediatric patient panel in either our BRAND NEW, recently built in 2014 Corning Hospital or our Level 1, 260 bed tertiary hospital in Sayre, PA, Robert Packer Hospital -Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations) -Easy access to Guthrie Specialists -All locations accredited Patient Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards -Backup call is designed to provide support to NP/PAs in an inpatient setting -Very low inpatient census, patients in critical condition are referred out with the majority of patient census in nursery rounding QUALIFICATIONS: -Open to experienced and 2024 grads! -Open to H-1B & J1 (in certain locations) -BE/BC -Licensed in NY or PA state, Guthrie reimburses all licensing costs
