Locum Pediatrician need in Ketchikan, AK
MUST be Board Certified - BLS, NRP, PALS - AK License - AK DEA - COVID Vaccine REQUIRED
Credentialing: 60+ days
Start Date: Late September/Beginning October - 3-6 month assignment
Schedule: Clinic Monday - Friday 8A - 5P - Call is 24/hrs - covers inpatient rounding in labor and delivery and med/surg as well as ED consultation. 7-10 day stretches, as well as weekends and/or holidays.
Call Schedule: Will rotate 24 hour call shifts with other physicians on site. While on call will have inpatient responsibilities - covers inpatient rounding in labor and delivery and med/surg as well as ED consultation. Inpatient unit has 20 beds and 5 nursery beds.
Patients Per Day: 16 in clinic - regular clinic visits; While on call see hospitalized patients and do ED/OB consults; will see newborns

NOT RESPONSIBLE for Mid-Levels
EPIC EMR
Regular Hourly Rate + Night Call Rate + Day for 24 hr call Rate + 1.5x for OT, Call Back, 1.5x for Holidays.
