ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Salary: $245,000 - PLUS+ production and bonus incentives
- Sign on Bonus: Paid day 1 (negotiable)
- Relocation: $15K with receipts (reimbursed day 1)
- CME: 5 days $5,000
- PTO: 4 weeks + 6 holidays, year one
- Loan repayment: Negotiable and will be offered.
- Retirement: 403 (b) 457 (b)

- Malpractice with tail coverage and licensing covered.
- Existing patient panel allows for shorter ramp - up.
- Thriving hospital clinic with new woman’s center
- Join two other pediatricians, MA’s, and NP
- M-TH ½ day Friday = 36-hour week (work in clinic, round in nursery)
- 1:3 - 1:4 - Hospitalist team in place
- Newborn care (34 weeks and up), Premature newborn care
- Attends C-Sections (only in emergency situations / as required)
- Nursery is Level I
- Board certified Pediatrics
- We can support H1B candidates.
