This private practice group in Northern Idaho is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to work 4 days per week in their outpatient clinic with 1 day of call per week. This quality-of-life position is offering a sign-on bonus of $100,000 and total annual income between $300-360,000 per year,
The Position:
• Option of a 4-day work week allows for a nice work/life balance
• Work alongside 5 other Pediatricians
• 1 day of call per week paid at $800 per day, very low call burden at a critical-access hospital
• Strong referral system and large, established patient panel
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $250,000, Sign-on Bonus of $100,000, Full Benefits, and total income between $300-350,000 annually
• Option for a Partnership after 1 year
