Schedule:

• Start as soon as credentialed for a 6-month assignment with the option to extend
• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • can accommodate 4 days/week
• NO Calls and NO Weekends!

Practice Setting:

• 100% Outpatient.
• The typical length of a new eval is: 30 minutes
• The typical length of a follow-up is: 15 minutes
• Up to 25 patients per day which are all scheduled visits
