Urgent Dates
Mar 6th - Mar 12th
24hr Call Coverage with some clinic support during the week 3-4hrs.
the site would consider call support only but would prefer some clinic to help the 1 provider during this week.
Ongoing Need:
Site will be losing a provider on Mar 24th
They will need coverage Mar 26th - ongoing (5+ months or more)
3- 5 days per week in the facility. Patient schedule begins at 8:30A, with last patient seen at 4:45P. Call schedule requirements include 1 full weekend per month beginning Friday at 7A until Monday 7A. Up to 10 days of call coverage per month which includes weekend call.
Job Duties: Service pediatric patients in office settings from infant to 19 years of age. Call coverage to include weekly and weekend coverage from 7A-7A.
Facility currently has 9 exam rooms with three full time providers that see patients Mon-Fri. We also have a PRN neonatal APP that assist with 1-2 days of call coverage per month. Providers schedules are currently built to see 25-30 pts per day with 15 minutes simple sick, established pts, med follow-up type of appointments and 30 min appointments for WCV, New patients, ADHD, sports physicals and DSS evaluations.
