**Pediatrician job opening in Cass City, MI**
Located 100 miles north of Detroit, MI
**About the Opportunity:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hospital employed
- Schedule can vary based on provider preference (either Monday-Friday or Monday-Thurs)
- Salary range: $232,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience along with a comprehensive benefits package
- Bonus opportunities through wRVUs 
- The EMR is Epic in both the clinic and hospital
- Current Pediatric volume for the clinic YTD is 2,857 (6 months) - around 500 per month with 1 physician and 1 NP.  As a rural health clinic for a year, our productivity standard is 6,300 with 1 physician and 1 NP.    For example; 6300 visits/48 working weeks/5 days per week/2 providers equals about 13 patients per day so there is room to grow the practice
- Practice is located in Cass City exclusively - no multiple locations
- Possibility of seeing a pediatric patient on the inpatient floor - maybe 5 times per year
- Hospital is a NHSC site for Federal Student Loan repayment
- HFAP-accredited hospital
- Award-winning 25-bed critical access hospital.
- The selected candidate will be licensed in the state of Michigan and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
