Our Section of Pediatric Surgery in the Department of Surgery is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join their tertiary academic clinical practice. Our Children’s Hospital provides comprehensive Neonatal and Pediatric surgical care. This is an ACS level-2 pediatric trauma center, and has level 3 NICU, PICU and pediatric surgical and medical subspecialties. Regional pediatric oncology care is also provided as a component of the Cancer Center.

Qualified candidates will participate in education for General Surgical and Pediatric Residents as well as School of Medicine Medical Students. Being a part of the Department of Surgery and Childrens Hospital provides an opportunity for collaboration with our Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, a leader in outcomes and policy research, and also is a participant in the Children’s Hospitals’ Solutions for Patient Safety National Network. Appointments to the School of Medicine will be made commensurate with qualifications and following approval by the administration.
