**Child Psychiatrist Opening in Sonoma County of California** Located ~50 miles from San Francisco **Position Information:** - Outpatient - Job Category: Clinical - Full-Time Position (M-F) - Travel Required: None - Open to J1-H1b Visa only at this time for current or future residents **Compensation:** - Base Salary: 305K - Productivity Bonus: 24-48K - Sign on Bonus (Paid after 30-60 days of Starting employment): 5K - CME Activity Reimbursement: 1500 - Optional Inpatient Evening Call (Bonus: 250/Night) (5 days/month): 15K - Optional Inpatient Weekend Coverage (Bonus: 3000/Weekend) (1 weekend/month): 36K - Optional Inpatient Holiday Coverage (Bonus: 1500/holiday or 8 additional hours PTO): Per holiday **Benefits:** - Health insurance including dental and Vision - 401K Retirement Plan (up to 4% match) - Annual Optional Profit-Sharing Retirement Contribution(optional) (Additional 1-3%) - Generous Paid time off per year (As Per Handbook) - 2 Education Days off - 2 Floating Holidays - DEA Certification and License Reimbursement - Malpractice Insurance Coverage **Location:** - Located in beautiful Sonoma Wine Valley with comfortable year-around climate and readily access to several outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing in one of the many surrounding lakes and trails or go exploring one of the local wineries. We are one of the largest psychiatric practice north of San Francisco. - Our values: Clinic is one of the largest psychiatric outpatient practices in North bay (North of San Francisco). We have team of dedicated clinicians who believe in providing excellent patient care. We at **Duties/Requirements:** - Perform psychiatric diagnosis, treatment interpretations and recommendations - Provide effective treatment; formulate, implement, and evaluate treatment plans - Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable laws **Outpatient Practice Information:** - Average patient load per day is 10-12 patients - A Child Psychiatrist will see Children and Adult population - New patient 60 minutes, Follow up patients 15 minutes to 45 minutes - Excellent team of support staff of medical assistants and medical billers. - Excellent built-in process for medical record, prior authorization, daily prescription, and lab management. - We also provide TMS treatment (daily 8-10 patients) - Excellent mentoring and collaborating opportunity with colleagues on difficult case. - Outpatient psychiatrist assists in covering all colleagues (inpatient and outpatient) vacation and sick time. The inpatient coverage is approximately 15-18 days per/year - Board Certified or Eligible - Completion of a residency training program in Psychiatry that provides good standing and approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - Valid DEA Certificate - Current California license with no prior history of Board action in any other state. - Comfortable with EMR system, E-prescribing, Dictation System and using template driven documentation
