BC/BE Pediatrician needed to join this facility as an employee. Currently, there are three (3) full-time and one (1) part time pediatrician. We are adding another full-time pediatrician Compensation and Benefits Based on our agreement, the incoming physician will be provided with the following:
  • $250,000 minimum base salary
  • RVU based incentive structure
  • $35,000 sign on bonus
  • Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
  • Loan Repayment of 30K per year
  • 6 weeks of vacation (30 days) plus $3,000 stipend for CMEs
  • 403b and executive retirement plan (combined $35,000 per year)
  • Occurrence based malpractice coverage
  • Health and additional benefits
